The Staffing Analyst supports the hospital's efforts to maintain high standards in staffing practices by ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves assisting with audits, monitoring staffing processes, and collecting data, to ensure ongoing review of staffing/staffing law, and alignment with hospital staffing standards. The Staffing Analyst works closely with the leadership, staffing, and HR teams to maintain a proactive and retrospective review of staffing and productivity.

What You'll Do
Assist in conducting regular audits of staffing schedules
Collect and maintain accurate data on staffing in relation to Oregon staffing law and staffing plans, quality metrics, such as overtime usage, and adherence to staffing guidelines.
Support data analysis efforts to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks in staffing processes.
Ensure that hospital staffing practices comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., DNV, The Joint Commission).
Provide administrative support for staffing-related quality assurance initiatives, including organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and coordinating tasks.
What You Must Have
Education
High School Diploma or GED
Associates degree or higher in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
1-2 years experience in quality assurance or compliance in a healthcare or hospital environment.
