The Job:

As a Global Senior Manager, Manufacturing Practices, will lead the development, implementation, and governance of manufacturing standards and best practices across the organization. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistent quality and optimizing efficiency across all global manufacturing sites. you’ll be part of our Corporate Team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:


  • Develop and Implement Global Standards – lead the creation and continuous improvement of global manufacturing standards, Ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company objectives.
  • Training and development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all relevant personnel are proficient in the established manufacturing standards.
  • Governance and Compliance: establish governance frameworks to monitor and enforce compliance with manufacturing standards and conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data and feedback for manufacturing sites to refine and enhance the standards.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and digital tools into manufacturing practices, ensuring they align with and enhance existing standards.
  • Develop and monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing practices, ensuring that standards contribute to achieving overall business goals.
  • Provide strategic direction on manufacturing practices, contributing to long term planning and decision making at the corporate level.
  • Champion a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the manufacturing function.
  • Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of manufacturing standards and practices, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.


The Person:

  • BS degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Masters or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing projects, coordinating cross functional teams, and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in driving and managing change within complex, global organizations.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple geographies
