Description
Our clinical research company is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Executive Assistant / Office Manager. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience supporting C-level executives in an office environment. This position provides high-level administrative support to ObjectiveHealth's CEO by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, this role will oversee daily office operations including restocking and ordering office supplies, scheduling meetings and events for staff and maintaining office policies and procedures.

Essential Functions
- Manage and maintain CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Anticipate the needs of CEO and proactively take action to address them.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of executive.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Monitor office equipment and arrange for maintenance or repairs as necessary.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming office environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.
- Ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN
