We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the final phase of an important project. This role demands a strong ability to drive results through effective communication and coordination among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the updating and maintenance of Feature Delivery, Testing, Acceptance, and Migration Tracking tools.
- Manage the Issue and Bug-Fix Status & Resolution Tracker.
- Collaborate with technical personnel to gather, document, and disseminate essential information to project team members, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Participate in triage sessions and attend Progress Update Meetings.
- Create and develop customer communications, including quarterly newsletters.
- Establish a comprehensive documentation framework for efficient knowledge transfer, which encompasses the coordination of technical documentation development.
- Generate Training Documentation and User Manuals utilizing training video content.
- Exceptional organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting processes.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Capability to engage effectively with technical staff and various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in roles related to project coordination or management.
- Solid background in documentation practices and effective communication.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite and actively participate in team-based tasks.
