Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a talented team of project managers, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
• Work in close partnership with sales, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to thoroughly understand and fulfill client requirements.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance processes to guarantee the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide regular updates on project metrics and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
• Establish clear communication channels among internal teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to derive insights and improve future project approaches.
• Proactively identify project-related risks and collaborate on effective mitigation strategies.
