- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
- Collect and analyze business requirements, utilizing data to devise solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with technical teams to outline system modifications and craft clear technical specifications.
- Engage with stakeholders across various levels, fostering robust relationships and promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the mortgage sector.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills complemented by strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of successful implementations.
- A solid foundation in mortgage industry processes and systems.
- Demonstrated project management experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
