Machine Operator

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Clinton Township, CTM. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including injection molding, assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience operating production machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with injection molding and assembly line production
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with overhead crane and clamp truck operation
• Experience with deburring and micrometer use
  
  

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery, including injection molding, assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment
