MultiCultural Home Care - MA
, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for a Community Engagement Representative. You will spend your days out in the community, building connections, attending events, and promoting our home care services. If you love sales, interacting with people, and making a real difference, this role is for you!

  • Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • Territory: Essex County - Working out in the field 4 days a week
  • Pay: $27-$30 Hourly + Commission

You will...

  • Source, screen, and close new case referrals through grassroots community outreach.
  • Build relationships with community leaders and individuals to establish trust and promote services.
  • Organize and represent the company at various community locations (churches, supermarkets, senior homes, food pantries, schools, cultural events, rehabs, hospitals, etc.).
  • Organize and facilitate raffle prize events, provide breakfast and lunch at presentation at rehabs and other settings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new cases and provide support to administrative staff.

  • Successful candidate must be energetic, organized and able to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, be self motivated and results driven.
  • Proven experience in marketing/community outreach, preferably in the healthcare or senior care industry.
  • Knowledge of the MA private pay home care market and business is essential
  • Experience in MCO enrollment or DME sales is beneficial.
  • Personable, outgoing, and authentic with strong relationship-building skills, while also being community-based or community-minded.
