Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Servicing Oversight Analyst to manage and maintain the oversight of subservicer relationships, ensuring compliance with investor and regulatory requirements. This role will oversee onboarding and servicing transfers, support quality control processes, and drive data analysis and performance reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining policies, managing the document collateral process, and building relationships with third parties, including investors, vendors, and subservicers. Additionally, this role will play a key part in facilitating MERS reporting and supporting agency quality control and repurchase requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage oversight of multiple subservicer relationships to ensure operational alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for mortgage servicing transfers, managing collateral documentation and subservicer QC processes.
  • Develop and maintain servicing policies and procedures, aligning them with current industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Analyze portfolio data and compile performance reports for management review.
  • Identify and assist with the development and implementation of new products and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate MERS reporting and conduct annual reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party stakeholders, including investors, vendors, and subservicers.
  • Participate in state and investor audits and assist in managing QC and repurchase requests from agencies.

Experience And Skills Required

  • 5+ years of mortgage servicing experience, with an emphasis on subservicer oversight.
  • Proficiency in working with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
  • Deep knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations in mortgage lending.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
