Junior Graphic Designer

One Hero Creative serves a long-standing clientele that relies on our team for branding, strategic direction, forward-thinking, and long-term growth solutions. This role is a full-time on-site position in Winston-Salem, NC.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for executing thoughtful and compelling design solutions for our local and national clients, including but not limited to catalogs, print and digital magazine layouts, flyers, signage, photo editing, logos, animations, social media assets, and other print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand identity and target audience
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to create prepress files for production
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
• Communicate effectively and professionally to present design ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Recent Grad/ -5 years of design, experience will dictate position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design applications like Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles for print and digital
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to self-learn new programs and technologies as needed

 Bonus:

• Motion graphics or editing experience
