Through robust, scalable IT solutions—from cloud computing and cybersecurity to AI and strategic planning—we enable businesses to achieve sustained value by aligning their technology initiatives with business growth. Our team collaborates closely with clients to enhance operational excellence, drive strategic innovation, and support long-term transformation.

Position Summary:

The Technology Strategist will lead our efforts to drive forward-thinking technology strategies for clients, focusing on aligning technology investments with business objectives to support growth, scalability, and operational efficiency. This senior leadership role is ideal for an experienced strategist who is passionate about balancing visionary innovation with proven technology standards to deliver real-world results. • Incorporate advanced technologies (cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation) strategically to meet specific client needs, balancing innovation with operational stability.
  • Client Relationship Management and Advisory
  • Serve as a strategic partner to C-suite leaders, building strong, trust-based relationships to facilitate alignment between technology and business objectives.
  • Educate clients on the value of strategic technology investments, helping them see technology as a driver of growth rather than a cost center.
  • Technology Standards and Best Practices
  • Champion industry standards and best practices, ensuring clients maintain secure, efficient, and scalable IT systems.
  • Conduct regular technology alignment reviews to evaluate progress against client goals, optimizing technology investments over time to remain aligned with business priorities.
  • Emerging Technology and Strategic Foresight
  • Stay at the forefront of technology trends (AI, IoT, digital transformation) and evaluate their applicability for clients, helping them prepare for future growth with minimal disruption.
  • Guide clients through opportunities and risks of advanced technologies, introducing innovation where it adds strategic value without sacrificing reliability.
  • Lifecycle and Budget Planning
  • Create multi-year roadmaps that incorporate technology lifecycle management, budget planning, and operational sustainability, ensuring predictable IT investment and reduced risk.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to integrate budgeting into broader strategic planning, aligning financial and technology goals for long-term success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or IT services, with expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or digital transformation.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT frameworks, cybersecurity, cloud architectures, and lifecycle management.
  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with business outcomes and deliver tangible results through client-facing advisory roles.
  • Client Advisory Skills: Experience advising C-suite leaders, with the ability to balance technical insight and business acumen in a consultative role.

Expectations:

  • From the Company Perspective:
    • Enhance client satisfaction by aligning technology strategy with business outcomes and driving sustained growth through tailored solutions.
    • Drive revenue growth and client retention by establishing value-based, advisory relationships.
    • Implement frameworks that foster innovation and ensure operational efficiency within client environments.
  • From the Client’s Perspective:
    • Provide proactive insights into emerging trends and technologies, creating a forward-looking IT strategy that prepares clients for future opportunities.
    • Build reliable, resilient IT infrastructures to support evolving business demands.
    • Deliver technology solutions that maximize operational stability and growth potential.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strategic thinker who can simplify complex technology concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Visionary with a practical mindset, balancing innovative ideas with actionable steps for business impact.
  • Dedicated to building strong, results-oriented client relationships through trust, expertise, and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.
