• Analyze extensive datasets (exceeding 30,000 entries) utilizing Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing tool crib storage and optimizing operational efficiency.
• Motivate and guide your team to meet daily objectives and accomplish project timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
• Engage in hands-on problem-solving by spending 30-40% of your time on the shop floor alongside your team. Forklift certification is advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL or Power BI.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a warehouse or industrial environment (internships included).
