Key Responsibilities

• Execute, document, and reconcile financial transactions, including meticulous reviews of accounts payable, cash disbursements, billings, and cash receipts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, manage collections, and analyze fixed assets alongside sales and use taxes, personal property taxes, and franchise taxes.
• Prepare daily and month-end close entries, encompassing payroll administration, fringe benefits, investment allocations, and grant allocations.
• Cultivate and maintain an in-depth understanding of each client's accounting operations.
• Acquire practical experience with diverse accounting software platforms utilized by our clients.
