Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Cinematography/Filmmaking Instructor to remotely engage with middle and high school students in the art of filmmaking. This role invites you to share your expertise and passion for visual storytelling, guiding aspiring filmmakers through a variety of projects including short films, documentaries, music videos, and commercial productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruct students in advanced cinematography and filmmaking methods.
• Mentor learners as they develop various film projects.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in cinematography techniques, lighting, and composition.
• Expertise in camera operation and film production workflows.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in cinematography or filmmaking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Patient demeanor with strong problem-solving capabilities to guide students through difficulties.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, creative, and vigorous educational environment.
