As a Model Beverage Server at Èlephante, you'll be part of an iconic new Scottsdale destination, where every guest’s experience is a priority. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy connecting with guests and helping to elevate the social scene with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions Matter: Greet and welcome guests with poise, warmth, and enthusiasm, creating an immediate positive connection and setting the tone for their visit.
• Efficient Order Taking & Delivery: Use the Toast POS system to take beverage orders accurately and quickly, ensuring drinks are delivered in a timely manner with attention to presentation.
• Expert Beverage Recommendations: Engage with guests to suggest thoughtful drink pairings and enhance their experience, using your knowledge of our beverage menu and unique offerings.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Regularly check in with guests to ensure they’re enjoying their experience, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the Ambiance: Ensure that both the bar and dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked, helping to uphold the elegant and vibrant atmosphere of the lounge.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work seamlessly with fellow servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide a smooth and efficient service during both peak and off-peak hours.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, especially in an upscale, trendy, or fine dining setting.
• Personal Brand: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor that aligns with the upscale yet relaxed vibe of Èlephante. Comfort with engaging with guests and delivering exceptional service is a must.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Toast, is a plus. Basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to make every guest feel special.
• Team Spirit: The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, where collaboration and support are key to success.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate the dynamic needs of the restaurant.
