Key Responsibilities
- Assist Occupational Therapists in developing and executing treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercises.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe therapy environment.
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
- Current COTA certification and state licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
