Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex litigation from inception to resolution.
- Develop and implement case strategies, including discovery and trial preparation.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Collaborate with junior attorneys and support staff.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 10+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
