Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment for preschool children.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow educators.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children in a dynamic classroom setting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 core ECE units (required).
• At least 6 months of demonstrated experience in early childhood education.
• An AA or BA degree is preferred, though not obligatory.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, including lifting 20 pounds and squatting/kneeling.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 or participation in bi-monthly testing is required.
