THE ROLE

As a Graphic Designer - Retail Displays & Sales Presentations, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs that support our sales efforts in store. Your design support will help attract attention in retail and IRL selling environments and provide the necessary presentation visual support for our sales teams to pitch ideas. You will work closely with both the sales and retail marketing teams to ensure all design work aligns with our brand identity and successfully aids achieving our brand objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support Retail Display Design: Help the team conceptualize and design eye-catching retail displays, in-store signage, and POP (Point-of-Purchase) materials that effectively showcase products and drive consumer engagement.
  • Pitch Decks & Sales Presentations: Design and aid layout for visually compelling PowerPoint pitch decks and sales presentations that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate product value propositions to potential clients or investors.
  • Sales Support Collateral: Ensure all sales materials are well-organized, easy to understand, and tailored to the needs of the audience. Be the advocate for the sales team success, able to go the extra mile to design what they need to be successful. This could include brochures, one-pagers, line sheets and creative specific to stores.
  • Global expansion design: Support overseas expansion print assets needed for new retailers, and collateral specific to new territories.
  • Print & packaging: Support lead designers where needed on applying art to print die lines, rolling out across vendor set ups, and editing creative.
  • Brand Alignment: Maintain brand consistency across all sales design projects, ensuring the brand's voice, aesthetic, and messaging are consistently represented in all materials and accurate to poppi. Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for both print and digital formats.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the sales team and retail marketing team to understand their goals and design needs, while providing regular feedback and updates throughout the design process.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Stay on top of design trends, retail innovations, and sales strategies to bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table. Show initiative and support the art director and creative team where needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven experience in a graphic designer role.
  • Strong portfolio of work demonstrating ability.
  • A desire to learn and grow, with a solid work ethic.
  • Technically sound with a strong attention to details, alignment, layout, design consistency.
  • Experience designing presentation decks and other related materials.
  • Understanding of creative for print, including CMYK color, bleeds and margins, etc.
  • Experience working on digital assets including, but not limited to email and Instagram stories.
  • Willingness to learn from others and assist where needed; team player and excellent collaborator.
  • Ability to manage your time and projects efficiently, comfortable with shifting priorities and project scopes, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and creative skills with an eye for detail, color, and composition.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Suite, project management tools such as Asana.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel as needed for business meetings and related work.
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $50,000 - $60,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
