Customer Support Specialist

Our Support Specialists interface with customers on the technical aspects of our products and services. They provide problem resolution and troubleshooting to customers as well as play a key role in communication of product updates. They seek feedback from internal and external customers to improve customer experience.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Research and develop technical information and materials.
  • Research and develop product information and catalogs.
  • Research and develop of competitive catalogs.
  • Maintain computer records.
  • Communicate with outside vendors and sales representatives.
  • Solve customer/vendor issues.
  • Answer customer product questions using LIPPERT product knowledge and catalogs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
  • Work Experience: 2 years of experience in Customer Relations in the automotive service field preferred

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be able to pass EVerify.
