As Lounge Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the atmosphere and ensuring our guests have an unparalleled experience.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the lounge area, ensuring smooth service and satisfaction for all guests.
• Lead and manage a team of bartenders, servers, and bottle service staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Curate VIP guest experiences, from personalized bottle service to exclusive event coordination.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and ensuring that the lounge is always stocked and ready for service.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of quality and excellence in all aspects of the lounge operations.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-end restaurant or lounge, with a strong background in VIP service and bottle service.
• A deep understanding of luxury service standards and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and guide your team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail, with the ability to maintain an upscale and stylish ambiance at all times.
  
  

Compensation

• Competitive salary between $70k-$100k, based on experience.
