  • Efficiently manage patient appointment coordination, ensuring alignment with both patient needs and provider availability.
  • Confirm and maintain an organized scheduling system for upcoming appointments.
  • Process incoming calls, handle patient payments, update demographic records, and oversee office communications via email and fax.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth operational processes, including patient documentation and record organization.
  • Assist in Spravato treatments by monitoring patient vitals, providing clear directions, and preparing a welcoming treatment space.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical practice or healthcare-related environment.
