Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Freelance Content Producer/Director specializing in the beauty sector to join our dynamic team remotely. In this role, you will be pivotal in producing captivating video content for social media advertising campaigns, ensuring that high-quality visual assets are delivered in line with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Supervising Producers to translate production requests and creative briefs into actionable filming plans.
• Identify necessary resources to fulfill project requirements and achieve client performance targets.
• Review and ensure compliance with brand and legal information provided in briefs.
• Create detailed shot lists based on creative directives as needed.
• Work closely with the Supervising Producer and Production Manager to foresee and mitigate potential production issues.
• Direct, shoot, light, and assist with set operations throughout both pre-production and production phases.
• Participate in pre-production discussions and post-production evaluations as required.
• Deliver raw video assets in a timely manner, adhering to established quality and technical standards.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, performance insights, and emerging trends in content creation.
  
  

Required Skills

• A compelling reel or portfolio showcasing expertise in beauty content creation and direction.
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and effective performance-driven strategies.
• Ability to interpret and apply performance feedback effectively.
• Proficiency in various camera types, including iPhones, DSLRs, and professional-grade video cameras.
• Advanced knowledge of lighting techniques and the setup of equipment for different shooting conditions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
