Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Consulting Specialist for a part-time remote contract (1099) position. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with a strong background in human resources, who can provide expert guidance and support to organizations looking to enhance their HR practices. The HR Consulting Specialist will be responsible for delivering tailored HR solutions, addressing client needs, and contributing to the overall strategic HR initiatives of various organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client HR processes, policies, and practices to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Design and implement customized HR programs that align with client goals, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Provide training and development sessions for client teams on HR best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client management, offering insights and recommendations on HR-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of the latest HR trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure clients are informed and compliant with industry standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in human resources or HR consultancy, with a proven track record of successfully advising organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, with the ability to translate these into actionable strategies for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar credentials is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with diverse industries and organizational sizes, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
