Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in diverse healthcare settings.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient interactions and medical records.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care consistent with nursing standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Compassionate approach towards patient care and family interactions.
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and administering treatments.
- Excellent decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Strong documentation capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to varying patient needs and dynamic work environments.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare environment.
- Current BLS certification.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
