Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in diverse healthcare settings.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient interactions and medical records.

Required Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care consistent with nursing standards.
