Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our IT Career Prep program.
• Develop and implement new policies and procedures for instructors to optimize program success.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance the training experience for learners.
• Track and analyze student success metrics, including job readiness and certification rates.
• Design and refine effective curricula for IT Career Prep courses.
• Provide training and support to adjunct instructors to promote their success.
• Generate transparent reports on student outcomes to drive continuous program improvement.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards for current and future programs.
• Assist in managing instructor documentation to meet compliance requirements.
• Foster a positive and innovative learning environment.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong experience in instructional design and development of technical courses/programs.
• Proven program management and project management capabilities.
• Relevant teaching experience and industry knowledge, particularly in recruiting or career services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field (Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Experience in preparing students for employment in IT is advantageous.
