Job Title: Fitness/Entertainment YouTube Producer

Must Have: You must have prior experience working with a larger YouTuber (1M+). We are looking for a producer who specializes in YouTube as a platform - knowing trends, algorithms etc. This is not a traditional role. Please link the channel(s) you have worked with.

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a YouTube Producer for our fitness/entertainment-focused channel. We're seeking a passionate and creative individual to create engaging content and be part of a growing community. If you love fitness, are enthusiastic about YouTube, and have plenty of ideas, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Brandon and the team to brainstorm and develop unique video ideas for fitness and entertainment content.
• Lead the creative process for video concepts, ensuring each video is fresh, innovative, and aligned with the channel's vision.
• Operate and film content using a Sony camera (experience with other high-quality cameras is a plus).
• Assist in managing video production timelines, shoot schedules, and post-production processes.
• Stay current with YouTube trends and fitness industry developments to keep the channel relevant and engaging.
• Coordinate logistics for on-location shoots when applicable.
• Provide input on basic video editing and work closely with editors to maintain content quality and tone.
  
  

Requirements:

• Passion for fitness and entertainment with a deep understanding of YouTube as a platform.
• Experience working with YouTubers or content creators in the past.
• Creative mindset with the ability to consistently pitch new and exciting video ideas.
• Ability to film with Sony cameras (or a willingness to learn if familiar with similar equipment).
• Basic video editing skills in software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the production team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fitness-related content creation or working with fitness YouTubers.
• Knowledge of YouTube analytics to help grow the channel.
• Familiarity with lighting and sound setups for YouTube video production.
• Enthusiasm for storytelling and the ability to connect with an audience.
