Magellan Solutions USA is a veteran-owned Call Center and BPO company with a track record of performance. Magellan is actively recruiting for a part-time Call Center Representative opportunity for a Federal client in Houston, Texas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule - Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 08:00 A.M. - 04:30 P.M.
- Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism
- Transfers calls accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers.
- Maintains an above-average attendance record.
- Follows established standard operating procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma is required.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Can be a team player.
- Can work without direct supervision.
- Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly
- Has a good work ethic
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
- Detail-oriented, has the ability to multi-task, and is highly organized.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Must be flexible
