Regional dry van carrier is looking for drivers interested in running Texas, Oklahoma, the Southeast, the Midwest and the Northeast. All freight is dry van and is 100% no touch and 65% drop n hook. A drivers weekly pay averages between $1300-$1800 depending on how hard you run and where you run. All deliveries that terminate in the northeast are paid an additional $.25CPM in addition to base rate. Full benefits are offered to all drivers. Riders and pets are welcome, and orientation is paid at $250 as long as the driver completes the required portion online. This is customer freight and very rarely do we haul broker Freight. This means we have steady freight, know our driver needs and do not over hire.

WHAT THIS JOB OFFERS:

Competitive pay with higher pay the more miles you run in a month. Drivers earn a base rate of $.53CPM on all miles with following bonuses and additions:

Run 9000 Miles/Month & Earn $.03CPM Bonus or $.56CPM

Run 10000 Miles/Month & Earn $.06CPM Bonus or $.59CPM

Run 11000 Miles/Month $ Earn $.09CPM Bonus or $.62CPM

All freight that delivers in the northeast (PA, DE and North) will earn $.25CPM on all miles on that load

Average miles 2150-2800 Miles per Week.

There is NO FORCED DISPATCH TO NYC OR LONG ISLAND but any delivery to NYC or Long Island will pay an additional $125.

Benefits start after 30 days include medical, dental, vision and life insurance. 401K starts after 90 days of employment

All freight is no touch and 65% is drop n hook

Drivers are home every week and take their truck and trailer home with them. Driver must have room for both trailer can not be detached from tractor.

Vacation pay is the average pay for your previous 52 weeks earnings

Riders are allowed after 30 days. Dogs are permitted from day one with some restricted breeds and must not weigh more than 50LBS.

Requirements:

  • Must have a Class A CDL from your current state of residence
  • Drivers MUST have one full year of Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last three (3) years or 2 (two) full years in the last 5 (five) years.
  • Drivers may not have more than two jobs in the last 12 months and no more than 4 in the last 3 years. No exceptions.
  • If you have been terminated from your last job for safety your ineligible for hire all other reasons will be reviewed by safety
  • No more than two moving violations/citations and/or preventable accidents or incidents in the last three years. Driver may not have a DOT Recordable Preventable Accident in the last five years.
  • IF YOU HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR HIRE EVER REGARDLESS OF IF YOU HAVE TAKEN SAP CLASS.
  • DUI in personal vehicle must be 8 years old and only one in a lifetime and never in CMV
