The team & role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving Lightricks†growth by identifying and engaging prospective clients, introducing them to our AI-powered solutions, and positioning our products to meet their specific needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, and product, you will be at the forefront of driving demand for Lightricks' innovative platforms. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your efforts will directly impact the companyâ€s success.
What you will be doing

Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through strategic outreach efforts, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.

Product Demonstrations : Conduct engaging, tailored product demonstrations that effectively showcase the unique capabilities and benefits of LTX Studio and other Lightricks products.

Value Proposition Articulation : Clearly communicate Lightricks†value proposition and product offerings, tailoring messaging to align with individual client needs and business challenges.

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation of all interactions, and seamless progression through the sales funnel.

Collaboration and Strategy : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and outreach strategies, optimizing processes for quality leads and improved conversion rates.

Performance Excellence : Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for lead qualification, product demonstrations, and pipeline contributions, driving measurable business impact.

Your skills and experience

2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging prospects and building relationships.

A proactive and resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and craft personalized approaches.

Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io.

An understanding of AI-powered tools, digital marketing, or creative industries is a plus.
