About the Role

The Head of Business Operations will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) and partner closely with the leadership team to align cross-functional efforts, optimize workflows, and provide actionable insights that drive performance and growth. This role encompasses three core workstreams: Revenue Operations , Strategy Planning, and Business Insights .

As a key leader, you will build foundational capabilities in revenue operations and business insights, empowering the organization with data-driven strategies and scalable processes. Responsibilities


1. Revenue Operations

  • Analyze end-to-end go-to-market motions to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth.
  • Build and implement scalable revenue operations capabilities that align Sales, Marketing, and Partnership efforts with organizational goals.
  • Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent measurement of team performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end revenue process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting.
  • Partner with leadership to implement tools, processes, and systems that enhance productivity, data accuracy, and decision-making.

2. Strategy Planning

  • Spearhead company-wide strategic planning processes, including OKR setting, alignment, and tracking.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights for board meetings, leadership reviews, and other strategic forums.
  • Develop and maintain financial and operational models to inform resource allocation and long-term planning.

3. Business Insights

  • Build and operationalize the Business Insights function from the ground up, creating systems to deliver actionable intelligence across the organization.
  • Work with partners to develop dashboards, reports, and analyses to provide visibility into key performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, empowering teams with insights that enhance performance and operational excellence


Qualifications


  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or strategy roles, preferably in high-growth organizations (EdTech or SaaS experience is a plus).
    • Proven success in managing and scaling operational teams and building new functions from scratch.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
    • Strong expertise in financial and operational modeling, scenario analysis, and forecasting.
    • Effective communicator with experience preparing board-level presentations and influencing senior leadership.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and comfort in ambiguity.
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Passionate about education and driven to make a meaningful impact

This is a US-based hybrid position.Candidates residing outside the United States will not be considered. The salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $225,000 + stock options. The actual compensation offered will depend on work experience and skill level.
