Retirement Plans Service Specialist

Vision Financial Group, a dynamic, holistic financial services organization, is seeking a highly organized individual to fill the role of Retirement Plans Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of qualified retirement plans, and will exhibit a high degree of professionalism and customer service skills.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing retirement plan meeting agendas
• Preparation and processing of retirement plan paperwork, including group retirement plan forms, recordkeeper forms, TPA forms, and investment reports
• Creation of retirement plan proposals
• Running investment reports
• Direction and handling of participant inquiries
• Assisting plan sponsors with questions and processes
• Coordinating with TPA regarding compliance functions
• Following up on post-client meeting tasks
• Facilitating discussions between advisors and retirement plan service providers

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s or other college degree, certification, or equivalent
• 0-2+ years in the financial industry; experience with retirement plan administration preferred
• Good financial and analytical skills
• Ability to gather and analyze client data
• Ability to identify, meet, and follow through with team tasks and client needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently & accurately
• Self-starter, problem solver, goal oriented, and a team player
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship building skills required

• Standing or sitting for extended periods of time in an office environment
• Working on a computer for extended periods of time
