We apply the latest technology to make inspectors more proficient and effective and make home inspections more engaging. We are looking for people who want to visit properties and document their condition by following a simple checklist on our Inspectify app, uploading photos, and taking notes.

What we do:

Inspectify is a venture-backed, vertically-integrated technology platform in the property inspection space. Inspectify streamlines the home inspection experience for real estate agents and their clients through its network of 2,000+ inspectors and proprietary inspection software, including a mobile inspection app. We help a broad range of partners in real estate, such as agents, buyers, investors, lenders, or property managers, collect comprehensive data from a property in a standardized, clear format. Partners use Inspectify to add efficiency and speed to their transactions, as well as to gain insight into the true condition of a property and its potential ROI.

What you'll be doing:

Our Site Surveyors conduct on-site limited scope inspections identifying any hazards or concerns that may exist. You’ll be snapping property photos and completing quick surveys using our user-friendly app.

Requirements:

• 18 or older
• Car, truck, or van
• Drivers License
• Smart phone
• Industry adjacent experience (construction/real estate agent etc) preferred
• Consent to a background check prior to on-boarding
