The TT Live SMB service team is aligned with the TikTok Live team, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition and business operations for TikTok's SMB merchants and creators through live streaming.

Responsibilities

• Manage the local team and align with local PR/GR/Legal and cross-functional teams to address local challenges.
• Recruit SMB streamers by converting platform creators and attracting external merchants.
• Oversee operational SOP for merchant livestreams, ensuring retention and business operations.
• Manage merchant performance, tracking leads towards business targets.
• Educate and train merchants on product capabilities, campaigns, and features.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years in content operations or related fields, preferably in tech.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for live content.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live streaming or content operations.
• Connections with live creators or influencers.
• Excellent communication skills in diverse environments.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
