- Hold a Valid Indiana State Qualified Medication Aide Certification, in good standing
- Provide high quality patient care under direction of nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
- Have a compassionate and caring demeanor
- Possess the ability to build rapport with residents and other care team members
- Be familiar with medical terminology
- Work well in teams
