IDEA Auto Group is looking for a Digital and Content Marketing Coordinator!

The Digital and Content Marketing Coordinator will support the work of the Marketing Director to help achieve the marketing goals set forth by the General Manager and Dealer Principal.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly team meetings and keep a running list of all departmental tasks/projects to ensure department productivity.
  • Work with graphic design team to create assets for all ad platforms, including email and printed materials, in accordance with the set marketing strategy and branding.
  • Implement monthly "Incentive Day" updates, including disclaimers, new ad campaigns, etc., on SEM and social platforms, as well as the dealership websites.
  • Be responsible for day-to-day management of the dealership website and its functionality. This includes helping to solve inventory issues, UX issues, keeping disclaimers and ads up to date, updating banners, taking employee photos, etc.
  • Attend advertising budget meetings, meetings with third party vendors / lead providers as well as performance review meetings as required.
  • Learn, understand, and report on marketing campaign/website metrics at least twice per month.
  • Work to understand automotive compliance platforms; manage our Google, Bing, and Apple Maps accounts with updates as needed.
  • Work with Marketing Director to accomplish daily social media goals which include video production, photography, copywriting, and overseeing social media content strategy.
  • Assist with community and company events as needed including representing the brand along with event set-up, staffing, and tear-down.
  • Ensure marketing materials and swag supplies are maintained at all times.
  • Some graphic design knowledge is preferred.
  • Conduct market research on competitors monthly.
  • Works directly with Marketing Director, video director, and advertising agency, to write, produce, and traffic monthly flow of television and digital videos / commercials including coordinating for various other platforms in which Idea Auto Group advert
  • Assists Marketing Director with the organization of our community relations outreach and budget.
  • Assists Marketing Director with creating the Idea Auto Group social media content calendar.
  • Assist the marketing team with strategy, content creation, campaign execution and project management.
  • Assist Marketing Director when needed to nurture relationships between the organization and its employees, external organizations, the media, and the community.
  • Sources and responds to opportunities for strategic partnerships.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Cross train within the department.
  • Work as a team pitching in as needed.
  • Some evenings and weekends outside of normal office hours needed.


Job Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field, from an accredited university and/or the equivalent job experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, social media platforms, Google Analytics, WordPress, and budget organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with a penchant for data analysis and critical thinking.
  • Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and drug screening.
