Reading Coach/Resource Teacher - Elementary

Position Goal

To provide instructional coaching and resources to enhance reading instruction at the elementary level.

Essential Performance Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to teachers in effective reading instruction methods.
• Assist in the development and implementation of reading programs.
• Evaluate and assess student progress in reading.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Appropriate State of Florida certification.
• Computer skills as required for the position.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working with elementary school students.
• Knowledge of current reading instruction techniques.
