We are currently in search of a Regional Manager with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills who is capable of efficiently supervising the operations of multiple properties while adapting to the strategies and objectives of various property owners. Candidates should have the ability to write and execute property management financials and budgets and enjoy traveling to worksites that often involves one or more nights away from home.
This is a full-time hybrid position that requires experience in manufactured housing, frequent travel, residence within California, and the ability to setup employer-provided office equipment in your own space.

Essential Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Collaborate with property owners to develop ownership goals and objectives.
- Implement multi-year business and profitable growth strategies.
- Manage overall financial performance by analyzing and reconciling reports, preparing and administering capital expense and operating budgets, reviewing monthly statements, determining trends and areas of opportunity, and advising others on cost control methods.
- Manage rent increase schedules, prepare rent rate spreadsheets, and ensure timely notices are served.
- Oversee capital improvements and replacements.
- Conduct employee interviews; hire, train, and terminate personnel in accordance with company policies to maintain professional, knowledgeable, and courteous onsite personnel.
- Mentor, guide, and sponsor the development of key talent.
- Provide backup for onsite personnel and support other Regional Managers when needed.
- Conduct routine site visits and onsite meetings with employees, owners, residents, and others as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to onsite personnel outside of normal business hours as necessary to meet the needs of the property.
- Attend training and informational seminars necessary to successfully perform this role.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing practices, California MRL, CCR Title 25, and other regulations relating to the operation of manufactured housing communities.
- Supervisory and leadership.
- Customer focus and relationship building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Rent Manager software preferred.
- Three years of increasingly responsible property management experience.
- $65,000-$80,000 annual salary depending on experience
