We are seeking an insightful Sr Data Analyst (BI Developer) with your expertise in multi-touch attribution models, data integration, and creating actionable dashboards. This role will support our Marketing team with data-driven decision-making by providing a 360-degree view of performance and delivering strategic insights.

Compensation

• $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, automated reporting systems for leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and operational data, providing actionable insights.
• Design robust data strategies to maintain quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning analytics with business goals.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and Business Intelligence
• Integrate and normalize data from ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and CRMs.
• Advanced skills in Domo or Power BI for dashboard creation and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, ETL pipelines, and data governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic impact.
• Exceptional communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
