In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate closely with service and sales teams, utilizing your organizational prowess to maintain client satisfaction and data integrity. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Provide invaluable support to EB service and sales teams, fostering strong client relationships
  • Execute precise data entry into our cutting-edge agency management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Serve as a liaison between our agency and carrier partners, gathering and organizing renewal and marketing information
  • Offer project assistance to Client Managers, contributing to the success of strategic initiatives

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Life, Accident and Health insurance license preferred or willing to obtain upon hire.
  • Minimum of one year administrative/clerical experience and/or training is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in professional verbal and written communication.
  • Knowledgeable about insurance products, markets, sales processes, and workflow procedures.
  • Team player mentality, delegating effectively and fostering trust among colleagues.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows-based software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
