The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful software engineering solutions. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative software engineering solutions
- Set the strategic direction for the Software and Product Innovation team
- Drive business growth through successful business development strategies
- Oversee multiple projects to achieve impactful outcomes
- Maintain executive-level client relationships and prioritize client satisfaction
- Mentor and develop the future leaders within the team
- Uphold PwC's standards for quality, integrity, and inclusion
- Foster a collaborative environment where technology and people thrive together
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree preferred
- Executing and managing consulting and managed services engagements
- Demonstrating successful experience in client service
- Possessing strategic leadership with track record driving results
- Developing and implementing managed service programs
- Managing offshore resources in multiple locations
- Showcasing collaborative leadership and interpersonal skills
- Developing and sustaining impactful client relationships
- Demonstrating exposure/understanding of automation technologies

The salary range for this position is: $142,500 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
