Store Associate

Team members are responsible for setting the tone for the store by exceeding customer evolving expectations and providing excellent customer service and a fun and fulfilling shopping experience.

Description

• Greet customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner, promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support
• Tender payments by cash, credit cards or automatic debit
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change to customers
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving customer issues and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organize and straighten merchandise areas on the sales floor
• Stocking and filling of merchandise on sales floor
• Maintains clean and orderly store, based on direction
• Responsible for maintaining cart cleanliness and count
• Escort customers to appropriate merchandise
• Lifting of items weighing up to 50lbs, standing for long periods of time, squatting, knelling and bending, reaching, grabbing and pulling
• Operating assisted lifting machinery. Required certifications will be administered on job

Salary

$17 - $18 per hour
