The Old Globe Theatre is accepting applications from interested candidates for several Script Assistant positions. Script Assistants work at The Old Globe as part of the stage management department. Applicants should have experience in rehearsal room settings. Essential skills for this position include strong attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and an ability to work well with others.

These are temporary positions which are filled on a show-by-show basis. Hours can range from part-time to full-time, 5 to 6 days per week including overtime hours. Pay is $19.89 per hour. Our current openings are:

Current Openings

  • February 18 to April 10 (Regency Girls)
  • April 15 to May 15 (House of India)
  • August 1 to September 25 (Huzzah!)

Ideal candidates will enjoy working alongside artists to help support and facilitate the development of professional theatre productions. Knowledge of Final Draft is desired but not required.
