Our proven training program equips you with both personal lead generation skills and the ability to convert live tour requests from our partners. Our agents typically close 2-3 transactions monthly within their first 90 days - all through our strategic lead distribution and training.

Our comprehensive onboarding process sets you up for success. Your first 5 days include intensive training covering essential skills: converting partner leads into appointments, mastering buyer/seller consultations, and becoming proficient with contracts. Our goal? Getting you showing properties within one week. Ongoing training continues 5 days weekly, both virtually and in-person, covering everything from live role-playing to listing presentations and advanced closing techniques.

Our Ask From You:

• Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
• Write residential purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
• Perform property evaluations to determine the property value for sellers.
• Stay ready to be there for all your clients when they need you.
• Update all systems CRM's with channel partners.
