About the Team: The Global Privacy & Regulatory Affairs legal team oversees privacy and regulatory matters related to TikTok's global operations. The team works cross-functionally with various stakeholders globally. You will work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment where your skills will be crucial in addressing complex issues at the intersection of privacy and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Manage TikTok's Privacy Program, overseeing governance and compliance policies and related SOPs.
• Manage global privacy governance and compliance projects, such as individual rights management and compliance with new privacy laws, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute effective project plans.
• Identify relevant privacy issues to establish an appropriate approach and framework for each project.
• Develop and operate tools to manage projects, identify blockers, and coordinate solutions cross-functionally.
• Organize and conduct meetings, creating and presenting progress reports and action items.
• Facilitate legal reviews of external data sharing arrangements.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with interest and proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-functional environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools; ability to learn new tools and use them to create automated processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Privacy experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead projects and manage meetings.
