We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team! The recruiter is responsible for developing, implementing, and refining high-quality recruitment, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. This role involves building the skills and commitment of hiring managers in best practices throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. Key responsibilities include enhancing departmental procedures, sourcing an effective applicant tracking system, and creating standardized recruiting protocols. This position is responsible for building relationships throughout the organization and our community to source and retain exceptional talent to ensure that Community Health Care meets our mission and remains established as the employer of choice. Plus, other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, marketing, human resources, or healthcare administration.
  • Two years of recent high-volume recruiting experience required.
  • Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
