Technology Investment Group (TIG) TIG invests across the lifecycle of technology companies, investing directly in growth-stage private and public companies, and also serves as a limited partner in top-tier technology funds. TIG's mission is to forge long-term financial and strategic relationships with its global partners.
What impact can you make in this role?
You will be part of a team that is one of the largest, and most established private equity investors in the world today. You will help to build relationships and invest into world-class & bleeding edge technology funds.
What will you do as an Associate?
- Work as a key member of small deal teams to assess and execute venture and growth equity fund investments across various strategies
- Be involved across the deal execution spectrum including screening, due diligence, and legal closing
- Help monitor and maintain relationships with existing managers, including by attending Annual General Meetings and working closely with contacts inside the funds
- Evaluate growth stage investment opportunities in technology companies through financial and commercial due diligence
- Monitor and support the investment portfolio
- Build strong relationships within the technology community
- Help support the Bridge Forum, TIG’s curated business development platform
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
- 1-3 years of prior investment banking, consulting, or investing experience
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university
- Highly analytical and strong financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent presence and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Team player and enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Highly motivated self-starter and able to work independently
- Proven interest in technology

Compensation
Our compensation philosophy reflects several principles, striving to provide a competitive package. The anticipated base salary range for this role is between $121,500 and $161,100.
