In this work-from-home role, you’ll focus on building relationships with customers through high-volume inbound calls – no cold calling, no commission! You’ll assist customers with their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and offer available products tailored to their needs. Bring your active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license, and we’ll provide the technology and systems to make the sales process easy, so you can focus on the customer. This is a remote position; preferred candidates live within the state of Maine.

Bilingual Spanish/English positions are also available.

Must-have qualifications

  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience.
  • {OR} A minimum of two years post-secondary education

Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply: Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read)

Training starts April 2025

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Most schedules will include a combination of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours after the completion of training

Work from home office requirements

  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
  • High-speed internet at your expense unless otherwise required by law
  • Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)
  • All Progressive hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector

Compensation

  • $21.50/hour
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment to 8% - 16% (depending on position) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • An additional 10% when you work evening or weekend hours
  • Performance-based rewards
  • Additional $1.00/hour if you are fluent in English and Spanish and hired into a bilingual role
