QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of HR or Recruiting Admin experience.
  • Two (2) years of Microsoft office experience, preferably in an HR environment
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team while focusing on details
  • Must have a reliable telephone number for contact
  • Must have reliable transportation

PERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Treat all information as confidential.
  • Possess the tact to effectively deal with all levels of applicants, employees, management and clients.
  • Must pass drug test.
  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong administrative and coordination in all aspects of recruiting support.
  • Demonstrate excellent telephone interviewing skills with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, insightful judgement and good analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a proven track record in coordinating complex projects.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide resolutions
  • Assistance with scheduling of interviews, job fairs, and onboarding
  • Assist with screening of qualified candidates by using different methods such as social media, job boards, and interviews
  • Updating candidate information for multiple locations
  • Answer telephone, screen calls, take messages, and provide information according to established policies
  • Answer routine inquiries and draft correspondence
  • Complete and maintain personnel files, where applicable. Assist in setting up the office system
  • Order office supplies. Assist in the care and maintenance of department equipment
  • Assistance with scheduling and coordinating hiring events, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Responsible for compliance with I-9 management for multiple locations
  • Review files for compliance and notify the Manager of compliance deficiencies
  • Keep supervisor informed of needs and problems in assigned areas, maintain the cleanliness of immediate work area, and report maintenance needs
  • Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from clients, staff, and the public in a courteous manner
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and participate in achieving company objectives.
  • Participate in the company's Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Perform other duties as requested
