Our client, a growing construction company in Honolulu, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance to oversee their financial operations and strategy.

- Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to align with the companys goals and growth initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, audits, and tax filings.
- Leverage financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
- Streamline financial processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee cash flow management, risk assessment, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and support operational goals.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong experience with financial management systems and accounting software
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading finance or accounting teams, with proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction industry
- CPA license preferred
